Thanks so much for taking an interest in my story!

I would describe myself as an eternal student of life. I see this life as a constant practice of balancing which happens across a spectrum of negative and positive experiences. This works to harmonize with our soul’s truest resonate frequency and align us to our highest path. As someone who has faced many adversities and put in the work to pull myself through some very difficult situations, I would now like to turn around and shine my flashlight back into the abyss to help guide anyone who may be seeking a warm light in a dark space.

Over the years I’ve learned and tried many different spiritual and esoteric techniques and practices. I’m always seeking out new, higher means of connection, growth and understanding. We all have the capacity to tap into higher realms of connection, if you’re willing to put in the work. For some it comes easy, but for me and many of us, tapping into the higher vibrations can be difficult at times, especially if you’ve been conditioned in the 3D world to think, feel, act a certain way(s) for so many years. If you take even tiny steps on the path to self love each day, then your world becomes a whole new place quite rapidly.

I do not view myself as a psychic, medium or someone who has a direct second sight. My gifts and talents are subtle and I’ve had to work hard to get where I am energetically and spiritually. I usually receive insights and downloads. I have an affinity around wellness and healing. I’m definitely still learning and working at my skills and hope to one day add modalities like Reiki, hypnosis and pure energy healing to my list of services.
